Birth Doula Services

As a birthing woman, you will undergo many changes and will discover a new sense of identity. It is my responsibility as your birth doula to hold space for you to explore this journey and to give you the highest quality of care and support so that you never feel alone while you navigate this road. I will be there for you during your labor to encourage the birth you would like to experience and to be your advocate. I will provide you with comfort tools and techniques to ease your labor pains and I will encourage you to trust your body and instincts. Together we can create a plan to allow the ideal birthing experience for you. I will also follow up after your labor to ensure a satisfying transition into this new role.

It has been proven that by hiring a Doula, you are:

I will ensure to capture as many beautiful moments during your labor so that you may never forget it. Or if you are uncomfortable with photos during your labor I would capture photos of your precious baby during those first few moments of being in this world. 
-Childbirth Education 
An empowering guide through the basics of birth, beginner and advanced comfort techniques, information on common procedures and policies in the hospital; as well as your rights as a patient in the birthing environment, advocacy in the hospital setting and beyond.
-1st date night voucher
Childcare provided from your doula for the parents first night away. You deserve to feel pampered.

The Virtual Doula Experience
